Problem
Many architectural firm websites are either visually cluttered or dysfunctional, making it difficult for potential clients to see their work and understand their services. The existing 'Atelier Mono' site failed to communicate their core value - elegance and simplicity. Information was hard to come by and the portfolio was not presented in a way that inspired confidence.
Solution
Through a detailed process, I redesigned the entire site with a focus on three pillars: Clarity: I introduced a strict grid system and a large amount of white space to highlight the most important content - projects. Functionality: An advanced 'Work' page has been designed with an intuitive filtering system, allowing users to easily find projects of interest. Brand identity: A minimalist color palette and clean typography were defined, which is in line with the studio's "utilitarian" philosophy, creating a coherent and recognizable brand experience on all pages.
